B&B “Al Vivere Verde” is a 120 m2 apartment (where the landlady lives) with a large balcony on the third and last floor of a small building in a green and peaceful residential area. The near-by public sports facilities include: outdoor and indoor tennis courts, indoor swimming pool, bowling green and table tennis. The beach is just two steps away and the historical centre can be reached on foot in ten minutes or by bicycle using the bike lane.
The apartment is furnished with vintage furniture in a welcoming elegant atmosphere. The two guest bedrooms have a private balcony and a bathroom equipped with hair dryer, air conditioning with regulation system in the room. Free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is served in the large terrace or in the living room. It includes espresso coffee, milk, tea, fresh croissants, muesli, crispbread, butter, jams, honey, yoghurt, Nutella, homemade cakes, bread with stone milled flour, local ham, fruit and juices.
