The restaurant "La Baldigara" was created to enhance the products of the Marche region, using fresh fish from the Adriatic and rediscovering traditional local dishes.

The first courses are prepared by using fresh ingredients, espescially squid, shrimp, mussels and clams that are cooked with the cooking of the pasta. With the large open kitchen, it will be a pleasure to see the preparation of fried and roast dishes and fish soups. Our specialty is fish, but in our menu there is a valid proposal of meat and vegetables for vegetarians and vegans.
