At the "Taverna dei Guelfi", Maurizio waits you in a refined and familiar place, to introduce in his kitchen made of ancient traditional flavours and a wide selection of fine wines.

The menu offers wide proposals for fine meats that come from a careful selection of local production, national and international, but also offers classic appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, always accompanied by an excellent and tasty “crescia”.

The first courses are the expression of the creativity of the chef and the choice of seasonal products. The main courses offer an important selection of meat: from fine Irish or Scottish Angus meat, passing through the best American selections as well as those Argentine and many more (buffalo and ostrich).
