We are a group of young people from all over Italy, united by a revolutionary idea: making bread today means taking care of the planet and its people. We do this with bread that truly tastes of wheat, which tells the story of farmers, millers, and producers who place respect for the soil at the heart of their work. We use local flour from the Marche region, supporting those who cultivate the land without exploiting it.
