Tajamare – Seafood Restaurant

Tagliamare, known as “Tajamare” in the Senigallia dialect, is the bow of historic boats, the point where the hull cuts through the water and becomes one with the sea.

This is where culinary perfection is achieved, giving rise to Senigallia’s “L’osteria di mare Tajamare” (Tajamare seafood restaurant).

At the Tajamare Restaurant, the passion for tradition is reflected in every dish, with particular attention to local products and the connection with the territory. Our fresh pasta is the result of the skill of our pasta makers, who prepare it by hand every day using locally sourced flour from Molino Mariani.

In addition to pasta, the real star of our menu is fresh fish, carefully selected every morning, with seasonal menus that change frequently. With respect for maritime tradition, we bring to the table the best that the Adriatic has to offer, enhancing the authentic flavors of the sea.

Each dish is a journey between land and sea, designed to give you a unique and unforgettable gastronomic experience!
