Senigallia is easy to reach by car. Just take the Senigallia exit on the A14 Adriatic Highway that connects Bologna with Taranto or use one of the many inland roads.
For those who prefer to travel by car, the city and the sea front offer free parking areas and paying car parks.
The largest free car parks near the historical centre are situated in viale Leopardi (ex pesa pubblica and ponte Portone), largo Boito, viale Bonopera, zona Stadio and largo Puccini (with parking disc).
Car parks are available along the beach (with charge in summer). Park-and-ride car parks at 3€ per day from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from June 15 to Sept. 15th can be found in the harbour district in front of F. Rosi dock, in Villa Torlonia (north of Senigallia), in Saline-Pattinodromo park (south of Senigallia) and in the Ciarnin area.
Paying car parks in the historical centre and along the sea front are very easy to use: payment can be made with parking meters or with the app MyCicero that can be downloaded free of charge from App Store, Google Play and Windows Phone to pay with your Smartphone only for the actual parking time.
Parking is allowed in the paying car parks of the historical centre from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. in weekdays at the following fees; 1 hour € 1.00; ; 8 days € 20.00 with prepaid cards sold at tobacconist’s; 22 days € 55.00 with prepaid cards sold at tobacconist’s.
